Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly selling their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion amid divorce rumors. The Hollywood couple has engaged Realtor Santiago Arana to facilitate the sale, according to TMZ.

Despite the property being on display for two weeks, there are still no serious buyers. The couple are hoping to get around $65 million for the home, as they are facing a significant financial hit due to broker commissions, a new high-value property tax and extensive renovations.

The 43,000-square-foot estate, purchased by Lopez and Affleck in May 2023 for $60.85 million in cash, features 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, parking for 80 vehicles, an indoor sports complex, a sports bar, outdoor relaxation areas and a swimming pool. The couple’s decision to sell the property comes amid growing speculation about their marital discord. Reports suggest that Affleck has been staying at a separate residence and Lopez has been seen house hunting with a friend. The actor has also been spotted without his wedding ring, fueling more speculation. Sources close to the couple told Us Weekly that they are now on “completely different pages”, with Ben feeling tired of the marriage and disapproving of JLo’s lifestyle.
